How the rotary Drum pump system work?

A rotary drum pump is a positive displacement pump that consists of vanes. Vanes are allowed to slide into and seal on all the edges. create vane chambers that do the pumping work. sometimes,  the vanes can be tensioned. On the consumption of the rotary drum pump, the vane chambers are increasing in volume. on the discharge side of the pump, the vane chambers are decreasing in volume and inconsistent out of the pump.
